DSQ Heat Shrink Rain Sheds

Product Application:
Heat shrink rain sheds are designed for use on 8.7/15 kV heat shrinkable cable termination kits.
They are used to increase creepage distance and improve the outdoor performance of medium-voltage cable terminations,
especially in coastal, industrial and heavily polluted environments.

Product Features:
Made of cross-linked polyolefin with excellent tracking and erosion resistance
Heat shrink design ensures a tight, secure fit on the insulating tube and easy installation
Significantly increases creepage distance and improves flashover performance under wet and polluted conditions
Good resistance to UV, weathering and environmental aging for long-term outdoor service
Compatible with most heat shrinkable indoor and outdoor terminations
