JLS-15 15kV Silicone Rubber Cold Shrinkable Joints for Cross-linked Cable**
Application
This series is suitable for 6/10kV and 8.7/15kV cross-linked (XLPE) power cables.
It is used for straight-through joints in power distribution networks, substations, industrial installations, and underground cable systems.
Features
High-performance silicone rubber
Manufactured from liquid silicone rubber with excellent tear resistance, anti-tracking performance, corrosion resistance, and stable electrical insulation properties.
Integrated stress control & insulation
Stress control and insulation layers are integrated to eliminate interlayer air gaps, improve electrical field distribution, and simplify installation.
High elasticity for stable operation
The superior elasticity of silicone rubber compensates for cable breathing caused by load cycles, reducing installation defects.
Welding-free constant force spring
Equipped with a constant force spring design to ensure reliable conductor connection without the need for welding.
Enhanced waterproof sealing
Includes compound waterproof tape to provide strong moisture sealing and long-term joint protection.
Outer mechanical protection
The external armor layer protects the joint from mechanical impact and external force damage.
Safe, flame-free installation
No need for open flame or heat source. Simple operation, safe to install, and highly reliable in various field conditions.
