Product Application:
The TLS-1 / JLS-1 Series is designed for 0.6/1 kV XLPE insulated low-voltage power cables, providing reliable electrical insulation, sealing and mechanical protection. It is suitable for terminations and joints in low-voltage distribution networks, industrial plants and general power supply systems where safe, convenient and maintenance-free installation is required.
Product Features:
• Made of liquid silicone rubber with excellent tear resistance, tracking resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical properties
• Integrated stress control and insulation design effectively avoids interlayer air gaps and reduces installation steps
• High elasticity of silicone rubber helps eliminate defects caused by the breathing effect of cables
• Equipped with constant force springs, eliminating the need for welding of the earthing and shielding connection
• Red, yellow and green sealing tubes provide clear phase identification and easy phase separation
• Cold-shrink design, no open flame required, ensuring easy installation, safety and long-term reliability

TLS-1 Series products is suitable for terminal protection of 0.6/1 kV XLPE cable; JLS-1 Series products is suitable for intermediate connection of 0.6/1 kV XLPE cable.
